Dos & Dont's

WILL DRAW:
❤️Any and all genders & body types.
❤️Animals, fantasy creatures, monsters, anthros, robots & mecha. (Not my stong suit, but I will try!)
❤️Real people from photo references (within reason, may also incur an extra fee).
❤️From written descriptions; as long as it is clear and is accompanied with lots of images. This will incur an extra design fee.
❤️Art for commercial purposes, prices will most likely be doubled (x2) but will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss further.WILL NOT DRAW:
❌Anything relating to the Harry Potter franchise, including fan characters/outfits/creatures/settings.
❌Anything depicting: Racism, sexism, pedophilia, incest, hateful or harmful ideas/characters.
❌Anything relating to pregnancy/birth/babies, sorry, it makes me very uncomfortable.
❌Anything else that makes me personally feel uncomfortable/do not support. There's a short list of a few specific things here.If unsure, just ask!

Payment

⭐️Prices are listed in GBP & USD.
⭐️I do NOT accept crypto currency as payment in any form or circumstance.
⭐️Payment has to be received before I begin.
⭐️Can be negotiated into split payments if needed.

Terms & Conditions

_{Any personal data obtained from the cilent, such as email addresses and names, will never be stored or given out to a third party. Any and all information I am provided with will only be used during the process of completing the commission and for the said commission.}1. NFTs/tokens of my work in any form or capacity are NOT PERMITTED in any circumstance.2. I do NOT accept any form of crypto currency as payment in any circumstance.3. No refunds once I've started on the commission.4. Once I start the next stage of the commission (eg. base sketch –> refined sketch –> colouring) I will not change anything major from the previous step without an extra charge, so please say if you have any problems before I start the next stage!5. If you need the piece by a deadline (eg. A birthday present) then please let me know, but be prepared to pay a rush fee or have your request declined if I feel I cannot get it done in time.6a. Do not use a non-commercial priced commission for anything other than personal use.
Example: Do not print my things onto products and re-sell them. I am more than happy for you to print it yourself, as long as it’s just one or two for yourself and/or a friend and not to sell though.6b. You CAN however use the artwork for things such as icons, thumbnails, in videos on sites such as Twitter, Youtube, Twitch etc. Providing that the video/stream is not monetised and you are not making money from it. If you are, it will need to be a commercial commission and will be priced differently.
In both cases there needs to be visible credit on your page/said video, preferably with a link to my Twitter account @thetictactician or @cyberslasharpie.

Reference Sheets

❤️Due to the nature of ref sheets, they require a lot of back and forth communication to ensure I'm representing your characters exactly how you'd like. Which, in turn, makes the process a much longer and slower one.❤️They are always open for inquiries/requests but I will only work on one at a time. They are separate to my regular slots and work on a queue + waitlist basis. Specific no-no List

❌ Any romantic pairing with an age gap where one of them is 18 or under and the other is 20 or over. (Example: 16yrs with a 24 year old. Yes this includes popular fandom ships. I will not budge on this.)
❌ Any ship where the charas grew up together as siblings, regardless of blood relation.
❌ Zenos x any npc (Zenos x WoL/OC is ok!)
❌ Y’shtola x male npcs (male WoLs/OCs ok!)
❌Mai, Asuka & Blue Angel/Aoi (YGO) paired romantically with any male canon characters (male ocs ok!)
